Background:

The Galmudug Ministry of Internal Security invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of Bahdo Police Station. This project aims to enhance security infrastructure in Galmudug State, contributing to community safety and governance.

Interested suppliers are required to submit their bids electronically to Dg@mois.gm.so or hand-deliver their proposals to the MoIS Office in Dhusamareb, Galmudug State.

Tender Submission Requirements:

Bidders must provide the following documents to qualify for evaluation:
1. Certificate of Registration – Valid registration issued by Galmudug State
2. Previous Contracts/Purchase Orders – Documentation of completed projects in the past five years with UN agencies, INGOs, or government entities
3. CVs of Project Engineer with Certificate – The project engineer’s CV and relevant certifications
4. Company Profile – Detailed company profile including organizational structure and relevant experience
5. Bid Fully Priced – Complete Bill of Quantities (BoQ) with clear pricing in figures and words
6. Updated Bank Statement & Audited Financial Reports – Supplier must provide a bank statement (last six months) and audited financial reports (last three years)
7. Work Plan – A detailed work plan outlining construction timelines and milestones

Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted before 8th June 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Evaluation & Selection:

Bids will be assessed based on technical compliance, financial capability, and relevant experience. The Galmudug Ministry of Internal Security reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice.
