Background:
The District Council of Berdalle has received funding from International Labor Organization (ILO) and would like to apply part of the funds for: Construction offices and Hall, construction of twin Toilets and Construction of underground and elevated water Tank JPLG 2020 for the Berdalle District Council).
The District Council of berdalle and ministry of interior therefore advertises for bids from eligible and suitably qualified companies to provide the following services:
1.Construction offices and Hall, construction of twin Toilets and Construction of underground and elevated water Tank JPLG 2020 for the Berdalle District Council).
Bid Documents are available from Procurement Office of the ministry of interior SWSS office at ministerial compound Ex-bay project.
The bid opens on 10:00 AM on 11th October 2020, and closes at 12:00 PM on 21th October 2020).
All Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other documentation in the said documents.
All Bids must be submitted in two copies, and must be delivered to: the ministry of interior office at ministerial compound Ex- bay project or E-mail to m.sheikh@swss.so copied to sowmadal@ilo.org at or before 10:00 AM on 21th October 2020.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend.
Bidders who require clarifications shall submit their queries in writing by email addressed to the District Tender Committees email address m.sheikh@swss.so and copied to sowmadal@ilo.org latest by 12pm on the 3rd day after the date of invitation to bid. The District Tender Committee will provide a written response and email it to all bidders (who provided valid email addressees when purchasing Bid documents) at the same time by 12pm on the 7th day after the date of invitation to bid.
