Purpose
The Ministry of justice and judiciary of Southwest state invites qualified vendors to submit their quotes for the office equipment and furniture that described below.

SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS
Offerors are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and understanding the RFQ’s terms and conditions. All solicitation communications must be directed to the issuing office via sealed envelopes or email to info@moj.sw.so. Submissions must be received by the issuing office no later than the specified date. All inquiries will be compiled, answered in writing, and distributed to all interested offerors.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTES.
All quotes must be submitted by 17 October 2024. You may submit them in a sealed envelope delivered by hand to the Ministry office in Baidoa, Southwest State of Somalia, or electronically to info@moj.sw.so.
Bid Opening:
The RFQ documents will be opened at the Ministry office on 19 October 2024 at 12:00 PM local time. Contractors and suppliers are welcome to attend.
- Price Schedule
- Clearly state the unit price and total price for each item.
- Minimum Requirements
- Vendors must deliver services on time, as specified in the contract.
Evaluation of Quotes
Quotes will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Lowest price among technically acceptable quotes
- Delivery date
- Other relevant documents submitted
- Vendor responsiveness
- Experience in similar activities
The Ministry may award a purchase order or contract without negotiation. Therefore, initial quotes should reflect the Offeror’s best terms in terms of price and technical specifications.
Note:
- Late submissions will not be considered.
- Issuing this RFQ does not obligate MOJ-SWS to award a purchase order. Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs related to quote preparation.
